1. Master Services Agreement (MSA) Scope
DEVtrust provides custom software engineering, cloud architecture, and dedicated developer pod services as detailed in mutually signed Statements of Work (SOWs). By using this website or engaging DEVtrust services, you agree to adhere to these terms.
2. Intellectual Property Rights & Code Assignment
Upon complete payment for delivered engineering milestones, DEVtrust irrevocably assigns all title, right, copyright, and patent rights for custom source code, documentation, and digital artifacts directly to the client.
DEVtrust warrants that all delivered software is free from unvetted third-party GPL copyleft licenses that would jeopardize client proprietary ownership.
3. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Warranty
DEVtrust provides a standard 60-day post-delivery bug-fix warranty for all custom software projects delivered under milestone contracts, guaranteeing defect resolution at no additional fee.
4. Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
